Proven fact is that the WHO, in collaboration with the private sector, must have planned Covid-19, just as they did with all other pandemics before. In order to declare a global pandemic, you must hit a high number of infected people over at least two WHO countries for phase 5 and an additional country outside the WHO region for phase 6, in other words, you need a widespread. But it wasn’t always like this. The original rule stated that people had to actually die in big numbers before a phase 5-6 emergency protocol could be enforced on a global scale and therefore take away human rights by dictating even negative tested people to stay at home and imposing a fine if they should go outside. That in mind, nowadays, you simply have to orchestrate a rapidly rising number of “infected” (not dead) people in a short period of time, spreading over two or more countries, to have the WHO declare a global pandemic and therefore keep word to their contracts with the pharma industry which needs to make big money every 5-10 years with their introduction of a new vaccine for a newly engineered virus.”
EVENT 201
The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019 (one month before the the first Covid-19 case from Hubei Province was detected and two months before the official report from China to the WHO was made), in New York, NY. The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences.Keep Event 201 in mind for when you get to the part in the article talking about the Beginning of May 2019, where the defense unit of the U.S. Department of Defense announced a bidding for a DOD Phase One Project.This is the short fictional movie screened at the “Event 201 Pandemic Exercise”, a tabletop exercise hosted by The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. U.N. AGENDA 21
The 2030 Agenda is nothing more than a reboot of Agenda 21. The UN uses such updates of plans to keep their people excited and involved. The 2030 Agenda simply goes in to more detail as to how and what they intend to do. Remember, Agenda 21 was introduced as the “comprehensive blueprint for the reorganization of human society.” The 2030 Agenda gives more detail on how that is to be done, along with providing a more specific date for its full implementation. Bill Gates can talk hours about it.Over the weekend of September 25 – 27, 2015, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City thousands of delegates, UN diplomats, representatives of Non-governmental Organizations, heads of state and the Pope, converged to present a new fifteen-year plan entitled “Transforming Our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.”

STAGING COVID-19
In our orchestrated Covid-19 case in the U.S., humans with the weakest immune system were targeted to explore the following:
Which race, gender and age reacts weakest to the virus and dies from it fastest?How long does the incubation time take?
Is the virus able to mutate on its own?
In general, if you would like to test the effects of such a virus on a bigger scale without getting caught, you might want to look for a country with a very high pollution rate. That is because these people are suffering already from corrupted lungs. Hence, the virus will have a higher chance of infecting the host and therefore cause an immediate damage. Testing this kind of infected people and monitoring how fast and how many of them are going to die or recover will give you an idea about the strength of the virus and how to further improve it. Meaning, the final virus will only attack those with polluted lungs and therefore focus on reducing the world’s population in developing countries primarily while others will carry the virus around with them and can be tested positive but won’t get sick at all.
Please note, any corona virus can also appear as a “partial virus”and have another virus attached to it for which you’ve not even been tested for. A Covid-19 test kit is therefore overrated and hasn’t been approved and thoroughly tested by the international science community. It was not even based on an actual Covid-19 virus from China, only its data which does not test with 100% certainty and can easily mix up things with viruses that carry similar information. People who die in rapid numbers and have only been tested for Covid-19 but not for any other virus that comes along with the corona virus and produces further life-threatening symptoms, can therefore also not really count as a Covid-19 case. It’s fake news to spread panic.
The carrier becomes the ultimate “secret weapon”.
Now you might say, wait a second, but the U.S. are the second largest CO² producer in the world, right after China and before India. Yes and no. If you are an American and you’ve been to China and India before, you’ll understand the difference I am talking about. To test Covid-19, you are looking for countries with yellow smog hanging in the air and daily misty views over the city. The U.S. are not even close to that. Plus, you want to release the virus in between December and January when it’s Yellow Smog time, especially in China. That’s when the lungs and the immune system are most vulnerable, even for usually healthy or young people.Countries like China, India, Africa, Iran, Iraq, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea etc. are the easiest targets to begin with because smog, di-stress and malnutrition exist in their everyday lives. These are all factors for a very weak immune system and corrupted lungs. Therefore, it’s the best way to determine who is just a carrier and who is an actual weak link that needs to be eliminated.
At this point, you probably ask yourself what does that have to do with the WHO? Well, everything. Most of you might have already forgotten or weren’t even aware of past affairs regarding the corruption going on at the WHO, how they operate to get their funding, how they basically create pandemics to spread panic and honor their deals with pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries, attract victims of their own viruses as sponsors to build new centers, and why Trump might have been the tip of the iceberg, to have the WHO and collaborators unleash Covid-19.
If you want the truth, you must follow the money.
That’s the only sentence you need to remember when the next outbreak, the next financial crisis, the next war knocks at your door. It’s not rocket science to put all the pieces together but the elite knows that the dumb Hollywood star, the breast-feeding mother, the burnout suffering office worker, the social-media obsessed teen or the Bingo-playing old woman don’t follow alternative news channels and don’t even care to watch independent documentaries to get to the bottom of the truth about what’s really happening to society and our human rights.
And that’s why each one of us needs to wake up and question health decisions that are being made for us, because they will most certainly have an effect on our human rights.

President Donald Trump’s proposed cut of the funding of the Obama-era disease security programs, Hillary Clinton’s Complex Crisis fund and the global-disease fighting programs of the CDC, the NSC, the DHS and the HHS.Despite the radical left-wing propaganda against the president, administration officials say CDC funding has steadily increased since Trump took office.
Trump introduced his fiscal year 2021 budget proposal on Feb. 10, just 11 days after the World Health Organization declared the Covid-19 outbreak a public health emergency of international concerns. The spending plan included a 16 percent reduction in CDC funding from the 2020 spending levels.
In fact, all of Trump’s budget proposals have called for cuts to CDC funding, but Congress has intervened each time by passing spending bills with year-over-year increases for the CDC that Trump then signed into law.But this isn’t all. In the 2021 budget request sent to Congress, Trump also requested that the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) budget shall drop from more than $41 billion this year to $38.7 billion, a 7 percent cut, and that the National Science Foundation’s budget drop by 6 percent to around $6.3 billion.
You ask yourself why is that so important? For one obvious reason:Pressure creates counter-pressure.I won’t go into the mind of Donald Trump but any business man/woman will clearly understand what Trump’s been up to since he became president.
Personally, I do see very good points in his strategy (or whoever whispers into his ear) and I’m happy for the American people that he hasn’t given up yet, despite the bullying from all sides against him, to (quietly or not so quietly) make changes for the country that are portrayed by the mainstream media as the devil’s work but actually reveal a lot of knowledge that has been circling around for years regarding the disclosure movement. And I’m sure there’s more to come, should he stay in office. Hence, we must be smarter and listen carefully between his lines instead of complaining about his tweets, and be on high alert when Trump does something out of the ordinary, just as the mentioned budget cuts.

Then please digest that during his legislation period, two scientists, Fouchier and Kawaoka, resumed efforts to create a deadly flu virus, with the U.S. government’s blessing. For more than a decade now, they have been trying to create a deadly human pathogen from avian influenza. That’s right: they were trying to turn “bird flu,” which does not normally infect people, into a human flu. And they obviously succeeded in secret with Covid-19.
In mid-2014, a group of scientists formed the Cambridge Working Group and issued a statement warning of the dangers of this research. The statement was signed by hundreds of scientists at virtually every major U.S. and European university. In response to these and other concerns, in October 2014 the U.S. government called for a “pause” in this dangerous research. NIH Director Francis Collins said that his agency would study the risks and benefits before proceeding further. Well, three years later in 2017, the risks and benefits didn’t change, but the NIH had (quietly) allowed the research to start again.
